ATHENA’S ARMORY SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to help make the buying process as simple as possible for our customers. Some products are shipped to you from our warehouse location in Fort Myers, FL and some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Depending on the order, the shipping carrier may be USPS, UPS, Fedex or another carrier chosen by the supplier.
We make every effort to ship all orders from our warehouse within 1 business day; however, the timeline for delivery of items sent directly from our suppliers may vary. In the unexpected event that your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately. For all orders, we will make every effort to provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available to us.
At this time, we will only complete international orders on a custom basis. Please Email Us or call 239-687-3523 if you live outside the United States and wish to place an order.
In the unfortunate case that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible products. If 30 days have already passed, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund. However, we may be able to offer you a credit or discount code or otherwise resolve the situation in a satisfactory manner. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. Sale items are non-returnable. Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-transferable.
To complete your eligible return, please include the original receipt or write your name, preferred contact information, and date of purchase on a piece of paper and ship the product to this location:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). You should consider using a shipping service with tracking ability or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account and credit card statements again, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your refund has not posted, please contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about the status of the refund.
